These terms govern the relationship between Studio JN1516 (Provider) and the Client. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
Work begins upon written confirmation. Clients agree to provide all necessary materials (text, images) within 5 business days to ensure a timely launch.
Prices are set in the specific project offer. Full payment is due upon completion and handover, within 8 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
Our packages include one year of free hosting and domain registration via trusted third-party providers.
After the first year, renewal costs are the responsibility of the Client. While we assist with setup, we do not provide permanent server maintenance or liability for third-party server outages.
Full copyrights are transferred to the Client upon full payment. The Provider reserves the right to showcase the work as a reference in our portfolio.
Packages include two (2) rounds of minor revisions to the final design. Major structural changes after approval will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
We guarantee technical perfection at the time of handover. We are not responsible for issues arising from unauthorized third-party changes to the site's code.
